All guests planning to stay at Garza are encouraged to book through the room block as we have negotiated discounted rooms for the Denning wedding. Room block closes on July 31st.
The dress code is resort semi-formal. Follow what you would wear to dinner at any of the restaurants at Garza Blanca. You can also find more information on Garza's website under dining FAQ: https://cabo.garzablancaresort.com/gourmet-dining Men's example: Long pants, closed-toe shoes, button-down or polo Women's example: strappy sandals, wedge heels, semi-formal dress or romper
You are welcome to stay at any resort you would like, however, we strongly encourage staying at Garza Blanca, so we can enjoy our wedding celebration together. There will be a welcome event and pool day planned in addition to the wedding. Since the resort does not provide day passes, only guests staying at the resort will be able to attend the additional events.
Unfortunately no - Since the wedding party and family are staying at Garza Blanca and we are providing a room block, we will not be providing transportation the day of the wedding.
Currently, there are no mask requirements in the resort. You are not required to take a covid test to arrive or depart Mexico.
Yes, please view the travel tab for preferred transportation company information. You are welcome to also use the transportation company that the hotel provides or any company of your choosing. Ride sharing (Uber and Lyft) is available in Mexico but not at the airport. If you want to take an Uber from the airport to the resort you would have to walk outside the airport zone, we do not recommend using Uber or Lyft to go to and from the airport and resort.
Yes! Please check your passport expiration date and renew your passport, if needed, ASAP as passports are backed up! If you need a passport, please start the process ASAP. Please note your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months after your departure date or you will not be allowed to travel to Mexico.
Please give us your initial RSVP by May 3rd for planning purposes. Please update/confirm your RSVP no later than August 1st.
August 3rd is the last day to change your reservation without penalty.
You can RSVP through the RSVP tab. Simply type in your name and the website will walk you through the RSVP process. Please RSVP as soon as you know if you can attend.
