Liz has been Summer’s best friend since they were in 3rd grade! Summer and Liz grew up having countless sleepovers, playing soccer and hide n seek through out the childhood. They grew up 3 doors away on the same block, Liz and her family have been like a second family to Summer since the passing of Summers dad when she was 17. Liz and Summer were always together through high school and graduated together, Summers oldest daughter is named after Liz and Liz is now her godmother! Though they have grown apart throughout adult hood, anytime they get together it’s like no time has passed at all!
Se’Arra Denning

Se’Arra is Skyler’s little sister, but Summer is claiming her now! Over the last 12 years Se’Arra and Summer has been inseparable! They talk on the phone at least once a day and usually more than that. They spend holidays together and love a good cousin get together. Se’Arra has been a supporter of Summer and Skyler’s since the beginning and has been a tremendous help throughout this wedding season, we couldn’t have done it without her by our sides!
Tonya Dupree

Tonya and Summer met through Preslies bio father 13 years ago. Summer was a shy 18 year old who was scared of everything! Tonya took Summer under her wing after the loss of Preslies father and has never turned away! Summer looks up to Tonya as a big sister who always has the answers, whether their cooking questions or health concerns, Tonya is who Summer calls. Tonya has been a voice of reason with Skyler and Summer through all their hard time and has never given up on us, even when we were thinking of giving up on ourselves! She’s always known we’d make it here and I don’t think we would have without her!

Denise and Summer have been friends since high school. They definitely had some wild memories and have gotten into trouble probably one too many times together! Denise and Summers history is something you just had to be there to understand, through trouble and laughs the two have always been best friends and pick up wherever they left off. She’s a friend who has became family!
Tashan Dupree

Summer has known Tashan since she was 12 years old and watched her grow into an amazing women and mom! Tashan and Summers relationship has really blossomed since Tashan has became a mom and they now have more in common. Between movie nights and nail dates the two are closer than ever now and I couldn’t imagine her not standing up with me for our wedding day!
