We both went to different high schools and met through our mutual friends and lost touch after we went off to college. Apparently, the real story is that Zach tried to hold my hand and I denied him. We reconnected in 2019 after seeing each other on tinder. We went on a couple of dates and not much longer we knew we were meant for each other. 💓

Fourth of July weekend, we went to Hocking Hills with my family, which is my favorite place in Ohio. We spent the whole weekend eating, hiking, and spending time with each other and the family. On July 5th, we woke up early to go hiking with my mom. My mom and I were both distracted by trees and he tapped on my back and I looked down and he was on one knee! We decided to elope in Asheville, North Carolina with our close family members. We can’t wait to come back and celebrate with everyone else on October 23, 2021!
