IS THERE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED FROM THE HOTEL?

Answer

Transportation will be provided prior to the ceremony from the following hotels: Hampton Inn Shrewsbury, the Hampton Inn & Suites York South, and the Home2 Suites by Hilton York. For guests staying at the Hampton Inn Shrewsbury, buses will arrive at 3:15 pm and depart at 3:25 pm for the ceremony. For guests staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites York South and the Home2 Suites by Hilton York, buses will arrive at 3:05 pm and depart at 3:15 pm for the ceremony. Transportation will also be provided at the end of the reception back to the hotels. There is also plenty of parking available at the venue for those who wish to drive.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. Please use our wedding as an excuse to dress up! Suits and ties for the men and long dresses or elevated cocktail dresses for the women would be perfect!

WHAT IS THE WEDDING DAY ITINERARY?

Answer

All components of the wedding day will take place at our venue, Pine Ridge Farm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour and reception.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park (if driving) and find your seat.

WHAT DATE SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you kindly RSVP by Saturday July 18th. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will be marked as 'not attending' due to our vendor's cut off dates

IS THIS A CHILD FRIENDLY WEDDING?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding will be child-free. We hope you use our wedding as an excuse for a fun night out!

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?

Answer

If you received a plus one it will be named on your wedding invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Unfortunately, due to venue capacity, we can only accommodate those named on the invitation.

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Answer

There will be a vegetarian option available upon request. If you have a severe food allergy that we need to be aware us, please reach out to us, so that we can make the necessary accommodations.
