Both the ceremony and reception will be held in Natasha's parents' backyard. There will be signage at the top of the driveway to make it easier to distinguish.
We highly recommend carpooling and having a designated driver. Parking in the driveway area will be for folks with accessibility needs. Most guests will be asked to park on the side of the road.
Rain or shine, it will be outdoors. We have rented tents in case of inclement weather.
Once invitations are sent out you will be able to find the answer. If you have not specifically been given a plus one, but would like to bring one, please reach out to the immediate families of the bride and/or groom to ask.
Absolutely! We are inviting family members of all ages to celebrate with us, just bear in mind there may be up to 150 people. We will have kids' activities (i.e. coloring activities and sports related options) but no babysitting services on-site. When the RSVP section is available you are able to select whether you will be bringing your little ones as well.
The site of this beautiful ceremony and reception is nestled in a state forest with two streams on either side of the property. Because it is a natural landscape, there are some steep banks that we caution you to avoid and some insects to contend with. We will be placing logs to help border the steep areas and will be treating the area for bugs and providing bug spray. Still, by coming to this event, you are claiming liability for your plus ones, yourself, and your children's safety. You are acknowledging that the bride and groom and their hired staff or family members are not responsible for the errors, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific event or activity on behalf of the bride and groom.
We will have each table set with a family-style dinner provided by both the families of the bride and groom, combined with catered options. Chicken, beef, vegetarian pasta, vegetables, salad, bread and butter will be available as well as dessert. We will also provide snacks during the cocktail hour and late-night dancing.
We have already attempted to select a menu that avoids known allergies or allows for alternatives. Please feel free to reach out to the bride and groom's family directly if you feel you need further accommodation.
We will be providing wine, cider, and beer from our families' histories and the countries our bride and groom have traveled. We will also provide non-alcoholic options such as lemonade and water. We will not be providing drinks with hard liquor, and we ask that no outside alcoholic beverages be brought to the reception.
Yes! There will be a link soon to the registry on our website.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift you can have it delivered to 4229 Lees Corner Rd, Chantilly, VA 20151. We will have a wedding card box at our reception.
The ceremony will start at 3:30. Please arrive at 3:00 to take your seats; there will be drinks and snacks for the early birds! There will then be a cocktail hour following the ceremony while formal photos are taken. We estimate that the reception will start at 5:15.
The party never needs to end... right?
We will have a cell phone free ceremony - however, the reception we encourage taking pictures! There will be a QR code to scan to send the best memories for the bride and groom to have eternally.
This website! If there are any major changes they will be communicated directly to you via email or text.
Feel free to reach out for any questions you may have. The main points of contact will be the Mother of the bride - Amy and the Mother of the groom - Merri. Both are loving, hard working mothers so please provide buffer times for a response.
