Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our hotel block is reserved exclusively at the Fox Hollow Hotel. However, if you prefer other options, the Best Western Woodbury Inn and Hilton Garden Inn Melville are both less than 10 minutes away. We hope this helps with your travel plans!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please join us for welcome drinks starting at 6:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 7 PM.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To ensure that our special day is as enjoyable as possible for all our guests, we kindly request that only adults attend. We encourage you to grab a babysitter and enjoy a well-deserved date night.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please note that you may bring a date only if you have been given a plus-one invitation. Due to space constraints, we need to adhere to a maximum number of guests. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Is there a dress code?

We recommend black tie attire, but it is not strictly required. Feel free to dress in a way that makes you feel comfortable and elegant.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

A variety of options will be available to cater to all preferences. On the night, you can choose from ten dinner options, including vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian choices.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

As we’ll be staying overnight at the Fox Hollow Hotel, we will not be providing transportation. If you are joining us at the Inn, the venue is just a very short walk next door. We encourage you to make arrangements accordingly and look forward to celebrating with you!

Valet parking will be available upon arrival for your convenience.
