Our wedding dress code is formal. For women, this means a long evening gown, midi length dress, or pantsuit, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate.
The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
Yes, convenient parking is available at Equestria West. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight and retrieve them by 11am the next morning.
Yes! Both are located at Equestria West at Bavaria Downs 3913 Bavaria Rd Chaska, MN 55318. After turning off Bavaria Road, follow the driveway until you reach the first available left toward the white building. Look for the couple’s names and the brown ‘Equestria West: Event Parking’ sign, then turn right toward the designated parking lot. Guests may use the circle drive at the front of the venue for drop-offs, including handicap-accessible parking spaces for those in need. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the brown directional signage!
