We met at Metropolitan Wireless, where I was trying to get service for a cell phone I had just purchased a few days earlier. I was meeting with one of his business partners about the technical issue I was having with my new cell phone, and Reggie inserted himself into the conversation. Later, I returned to my scheduled appointment, and Reggie was the only owner in the store this particular day. I asked for John, with whom I was previously working, but he wasn't available. Reggie asked how he could assist me, and I told him the issues I was having with my new phone. He graciously contacted customer service and was working with them for a few hours. He assured me my problem was resolved and I shouldn't have any more technical issues. A few days later, he called me to see how I was doing with my service and to make sure I wasn't experiencing the same issues. The rest is HISTORY!!!!!
