Black Tie: we would like for our guests to dress is their best attire possible. Not necessarily in black but to include tuxedos, ball gowns, evening dresses, suits, etc.
Salmon: Filet of Pacific salmon, zucchini ribbons, lump crab meat, and lemon risotto cake, champagne cavier sauce Beef: Pan-seared medallions of beef with caramelized onion demi and sauteed onions and mushrooms, red skinned smashed potatoes, and garden vegetable medley garnished with steamed haricot verts Chicken: Breast of chicken with prawns, wild mushroom polenta cake and asparagus, Madeira truffle sauce Vegetarian: Medallions of panko-crusted eggplant, with creamy saffron and herb risotto served over wilted spinach sauteed in fresh garlic, drizzled with rich balsamic glaze presented with traditional ratatouille
