It's Happening

We’ve all been told that every great love story begins with something unforgettable or grand. Ours began a little more like real life. Two spirits crossing paths, uncertain of where life would lead them, but certain they wanted to find out together. How long ago exactly? Well, we met 14 years ago at Vons. Yes, you read that correctly. Fourteen years. We know, we know. But if you know us, what more could you expect? What followed was a journey filled with laughter, love, and dog hair absolutely everywhere. All the time. No, seriously. Along the way, we learned that sometimes it’s okay not to like each other every single moment, as long as we never stop loving, supporting, and choosing one another. Usually, this realization arrives sometime after a heated debate, when one of us is hungry enough to break the silence with, “what do you want to eat?” We don’t just promise to choose each other, we also promise to keep sharing joy, laughter, and snacks, with the dogs of course, not with each other. And to always stay a little lighthearted, even when life gets serious. And if all else fails, we know one thing for sure: love is real, forgiveness is real, and the dogs will still need to be walked and fed on time, no matter what.
