We're Getting Married!

Before they met each other, Denise was in her first year at Pacific Rim Christian University and serving at a Church in Waipahu called, 'Brethren of Christ International' where she found the Lord and grew in her faith. She worked at the New Hope Café and had a roommate at the dorms, Amelia who was looking for a Home Church at the time so Denise invited her to Collective, A young adults ministry not knowing her life would change. There was an announcement for New Hope's internship and God called Denise to go. RJ on the other hand graduated High School at this time. He wanted to be more involved with ministry and pursue his calling to be a Pastor so he asked his mentor at the time, Seiya Majima and Seiya recommended the New Hope Internship as well as Pacific Rim Christian University so RJ went. Denise & RJ both went into the internship. As a few months passed by, It was October of 2021. Usually Interns hang out after they serve at the Midweek service which we did always at the time. Denise had to use the bathroom before leaving and RJ was told to give out heart balloons from the Church because it was some sort of heart awareness around this time. As Denise left, RJ came up to Denise and gave the balloons with no intention at all but intern friends and church friends started to ask questions and push us together. That day that RJ gave Denise the balloons was Denise's brothers birthday who has gone to be with the Lord so she would get sad around that time so Denise though it was a sweet thing from the Lord and RJ. Thats when Denise would start to gain feelings toward RJ. RJ then started catching feelings for Denise after watching her sing for the first time on the collective worship team. To which in his mind, he heard the voice of an angel sing. Thus begins a story of love and kindness, encouraging RJ to begin the pursuit of Denise.
