Our story began 8 1/2 years ago on a Friday the 13th blind date. It was that first night that I knew that he was “the one”. We’ve had a lot of fun together over the years and our relationship continues to flourish. Like all relationships we’ve had our share of obstacles but we fought for what we have and our love is stronger today than ever before. We have 4 children between the two of us and we think we have quite a special blended family that we both love very much. We have waited a long time for this day to come and we can’t wait to share it with all those that we love so much.

The proposal was very sweet. We were getting ready to leave the next morning for vacation. Kevin showed up at my house with a big bouquet of flowers. I admired them and thanked him for the sweet gesture. I was busy getting stuff ready for our trip and started walking away. Kevin said “ Denise did you LOOK at the flowers?” I said “ yes I love them, they’re so pretty” and thanked him again. He made me go over and look at them again and that’s when I saw the most beautiful ring laying inside one of the flowers I was completely blown away. I have not taken it off since the day he gave it to me and asked me to marry him. We both look forward to our special day where we get to proclaim our love for one another and become Mr and Mrs Kevin Dufour!! We especially can’t wait to celebrate with all of our family and friends whom we love dearly.
