When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by February 27th, 2025. After this date we will sadly have to assume you will not be joining us!

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Our outdoor ceremony will be held at the courtyard at Infinity Ballroom Orlando. Cocktail hour and reception to follow inside of the ballroom.

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at the courtyard promptly at 5 PM. Please plan to arrive around 4:45 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

Is there a Dress Code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. Guest may wear their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) in the color of your choice except white, ivory or cream, and may also choose to wear a formal suit and a floor length gown as well. The wedding party will be dressed in formal attire. It’s therefore courteous for you to reflect this level of formality.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Can I Bring My Children?

Answer

Unless your children are listed on your invite and when you RSVP to the event, this is an adults only event.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely - reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns/ requests.

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

No, you can take photos and videos, but please do not block the aisle or the photographer. There will be plenty of time to take pictures with us. We kindly ask our guests to silence their phones for the ceremony.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot at the venue. We will make sure there is a signage for our guests.

Is smoking allowed?

No, There is no smoking allowed on premises.
