There are tons of wineries to visit in the valley in addition to some of their tasting rooms in town. If you like river activities such as paddle boarding or rafting, equipment is available to rent in town at The Water Shed in Springfield. The Oregon Coast is another recommendation if you have time for a day trip! Check out the dunes, the Sea Lion Caves, Heceta Lighthouse, or hike any of the numerous trails that lead you through forest to the ocean.
