We're getting married!

It all began on August 24, 2017, move-in day at UAlbany. A day full of nervous excitement, as we, bright-eyed freshmen, stepped into a new chapter of our lives. Little did we know that from that very first moment our eyes met, we were about to start an incredible journey together. Our dorms were just across the hall from each other, and almost every night, we found ourselves hanging out. I’ll never forget how Alex would walk me to my dorm after we’d spent time at his, just to make sure I got home safely, even though it was only across the hall. That’s when I knew he cared in a way that was so much more than friendship. By September 2018, the start of our sophomore year, we began dating. What followed was seven unforgettable years, full of love, growth, and unwavering support. We witnessed each other’s transformations into adults, each step of the way filled with laughter, challenges, and countless memories. Through it all, we stood by one another, always knowing that we were exactly where we were meant to be. Then, on November 16, 2024, Alex asked me to marry him. Although I already knew in my heart we were meant to spend forever together, that moment was still indescribably emotional and beautiful beyond words. And shortly after, we moved into a home of our own, ready to take on the next chapter of this incredible life together. We are so grateful for each and every one of you and we cannot wait to celebrate our love with you all!
