When should I Rsvp by?

Please let us know if you will be attending or if you will be regretfully declining to join us in our wedding celebration by August 15th, 2026.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We are gifting a covered valet parking for all of our guests. Please arrive to our venue by 4:45 pm the latest to make sure you can drop your car off and head over to the garden before our ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Black tie optional- garden party elegance. For the ladies, we're encouraging elevated floor length gowns or formal midi dresses. Feel inspired to wear something pastel, neutral, or in rich floral tones. Ruffles, refined florals, appliqué, satin, textured details or any other fun/ garden inspired details are encouraged. Please avoid white, ivory, or cream. For gentlemen, tuxedos are optional- tailored suits or dressy separates with an optional tie/ pocket square. Feel free to wear rich tones, subtle floral details, linens, lighter suits, or a classic black suit. No jeans or casual wear. For all guests, please keep in mind the ceremony will be held in a ceremony garden, which would include stepping from the stone path briefly into grass to your chairs. We recommend to have shoes that would not sink in for that time. The cocktail hour and reception will be held in indoor, temperature controlled spaces. We want you all to have fun with dressing up for our special day! Use our wedding as an excuse to wear something you've always wanted to wear, but never had an occasion for.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at grand cascades lodge- the lodging is right at the property. We are providing a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue for our guests staying at minerals hotel. If you are staying at another hotel, please let us know so we can see if arranging transportation is possible.
