Technically, Austin and Denice first met in Pre-K. They even have a picture together where Austin is holding the door for Denice during after-school pickup. Their paths didn't cross again until freshman year of high school. They knew of each other through a mutual friend group, but it truly all began with a group science project. Austin, Denice, and a few other classmates were paired up for a science project, and the rest was history.

For anyone who knows Denice, you know she loves brunches and wine tastings. With the help of their closest friends, Denice was invited to go to a "wine tasting" with her girlfriends. Meanwhile, Austin was dressed ready to go to work, but truly had other plans. Upon arriving to the "wine tasting" at Ringwood Manor, Denice found Austin waiting under a floral arch where he asked her to marry him. It was the most beautiful set up, with even more surprises to follow. After the proposal, Austin surprised Denice and planned for their closest friends and family to gather and celebrate together.
