Getting to Bovey CastleGetting to Bovey Castle

Travelling by car Take exit 28 (Whiddon Down) from the A30 and follow the signs for Moretonhampstead A382. Stay on the A382 for 5.5 miles. At the roundabout, turn right to follow the signs for Postbridge and Princetown, marked B3212. At the mini roundabout, go straight over. At the next roundabout, turn right again and follow signs for Postbridge and Princetown, B3212. Stay on the B3212 for approximately 1.5 miles. Bovey Castle is on the left-hand side marked by large wrought iron gates and a lodge. From the A38, take the Drumbridges / Bovey Tracey exit. At the roundabout follow the signs for Moretonhampstead A382. Stay on the A382 for 9 miles until you come into Moretonhampstead, where you turn left to follow signs for Postbridge, marked B3212. Stay on the B3212 for approximately 1.5 miles. Bovey Castle is on the left-hand side marked by large wrought iron gates and a lodge. On arrival at Bovey Castle, please proceed the full length of the drive to the main hotel entrance. Travelling by plane We are 29 miles from Exeter Airport and 86 miles from Bristol Airport. Travelling by train We are 17 miles from Exeter St. David’s Train Station.

The wedding will be taking place at the stunning Bovey Castle hotel and we have reserved a number of rooms on a preferential rate. The hotel is smack bang in the middle of Dartmoor National Park and we expect that the majority of guests will stay overnight at Bovey Castle on Monday 30th June. To make a booking, please call Bovey on 01647 445007 and quote 'Wilson Tween Wedding' to receive a preferential room rate. Any rooms that are not booked 12 weeks before the wedding will be released to the public, so please don't delay! Reserved Rooms & Preferential Rates: - Classic Room: £230 per night (breakfast included) - Castle Room: £280 per night (breakfast included) - Lodge (sleeps 6): £600 per night (breakfast available for £25pp) We understand that we're getting married in a luxury location, and if you have any questions or concerns about funding overnight accommodation, please reach out. We don't want any of our guests to feel as if they are unable to join us for our special day because of hotel costs. We have put some budget aside to assist with overnight accommodation, so please don't hesitate to reach out. What's most important to us is that you are there and can enjoy the day (and a bit of luxury while we're at it!)
