FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we are excited to have kiddos close to us celebrating with us all weekend!

Question

What if I (or my child) can't eat Saturday's Indian food?

Answer

Though our celebratory luncheon at Vine Street’s Fellowship Hall will feature an Indian buffet, we’ll also have a few familiar “American-style” options available (details to come—think ravioli, mac & cheese, and the like!). And don’t worry—the bride can’t handle anything too spicy either, so all dishes will be on the milder side.

Question

Do I need to buy Indian clothes for the Hindu celebrations on Sunday?

Answer

Definitely not! Most guests will likely be in western cocktail and semi-formal attire. If you want to lean in, bring out the bright colors (except for red which is traditionally reserved for the bride)!

Question

But... what if I want to buy and wear Indian clothes on Sunday?

Answer

Join in the fun then! Check back closer to October for some affordable options the bride and groom scoped out!
