What time is Hotel Check-In?

Answer

3 pm at Hotel Monaco 4 pm at Renaissance Hotel Early check-in pending room availability. We cannot guarantee early check-in. Both hotels will hold your luggage at concierge desk and assist with valet parking. There will be time to check-in to room after ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. All shuttles will depart from outside Hotel Monaco. If you are staying at Hotel Renaissance, please meet outside Hotel Monaco's Red Owl Tavern on the corner of 5th St. and Vine St. This is where the shuttle will pick-up all guests.

Is there transportation from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes. All shuttles will depart from outside Hotel Monaco at 5:45 PM and transport you to the venue.

Question

I plan on attending the ceremony and staying at the hotel. How should I get there?

Answer

Option 1: Arrive at hotel early. Self park in the Bourse Garage, or valet vehicle at hotel. Leave luggage with hotel concierge desk. Ride the 3 PM shuttle to ceremony. Ride shuttle back to hotel and check-in to room before the reception. Option 2: Call hotel morning of 12/15. They answer yes, we can accommodate early check-in today. Check into hotel and take 3PM shuttle to ceremony. Option 3: Drive your own vehicle directly to the ceremony. Park at The Church. After ceremony, drive to hotel and park your vehicle at The Bourse Garage or valet vehicle at hotel.

I plan on driving, and will not be staying at the hotel. Where should I park?

Answer

Ceremony.. Parking is available at The Church Reception.. There is limited parking available in the lot next to Union Trust . "Parkway - 711 Chestnut Street". If this lot is full, there is a garage on the other side of Union Trust. "733 Chestnut St Garage" You also have the option to valet at the hotel, or park in the public garage near the hotel called The Bourse Garage. You can ride the shuttle and then return to your vehicle at the end of the evening.

Where can I park at The Church?

Answer

Please use GPS address of 250 North 4th Street. 1. There is a lot next to the church, with a big white sign that says "St. Augustine Parish Community Served by the Augustinian Friars Since 1796". Can fit 9 cars. 2. There is also an overflow lot located on the corner of 4th St and Vine St. Overflow lot has a brick wall with a white painted logo of "CAMITTA BROS." ~25 Spots 3. The third option for parking is perimeter spaces all the way around the block of the church with the exception of the spaces on 4th Street directly in front of the church which will be blocked off for the guest transportation vehicles and the vehicle for the bridal party Do not park in the apartment lot between these 2 lots, or in the fenced in lot across the street. There are no parking signs. All parking at Church is complimentary.

What should I do during the break after the Ceremony and before the Reception?

Answer

The gap will not be too long. This will allow time to check-in to the hotels, or park your vehicle if you have not done so already. You can get a drink at the Red Owl Tavern located at Hotel Monaco and wait for the shuttle. If you'd like to walk the 3 blocks to the venue instead of taking the shuttle, there is a Happy Hour at LaScala Fire located on the corner of 7th & Chestnut until 6:00 pm.

Where are the Hotels, Church, and Venue in the City?

Answer

Hotel Monaco (5th and Chestnut) and Hotel Renaissance (4th and Chestnut) are 350 FT from one another. All shuttles will leave from Hotel Monaco. The Hotels and Church are 0.8 miles away from each other. This is not walkable. We are providing a shuttle bus from Hotel Monaco to the Church, and back. The Hotels and Reception Venue (Union Trust) are 3 blocks away from each other. This is a 5 minute walk. We are providing shuttle transportation for those who would like a ride. The Church and the Reception Venue (Union Trust) are 1 mile away from each other. There will be a time gap between the end of the ceremony, and the start of 6:00 PM cocktail hour at the reception.

Absolutely. Please include any allergies and dietary restrictions on the entrée selection RSVP.

Answer

Nope! All RSVP and meal selection should be completed online using this site.
