Question
DO WE HAVE TO STAY AT ONE OF THE HOTELS IN YOUR ROOM BLOCK?
Answer
No. You are welcome to stay anywhere you want. Please note only the Grand Floridian, Coronado and Pop Century will provide round trip transportation to and from the ceremony/reception those specific hotels. If you decide to stay at another Disney resort, we ask that you please provide us with your reservation details to provide to our wedding planner as it will still count towards meeting our required room night minimum. Thank you!

Do we need a rental car?
Answer
No! If you are staying at one of the Disney hotels included in our room block (Grand Floridian, Coronado, Pop Century) , transportation will be provided to the ceremony and from the reception. Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels can take advantage of complimentary transportation to and from all 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, Disney Resort hotels and the Disney Springs Area by either buses, monorails, ferryboats and skyliners! Not renting a car will allow you to avoid the $25 parking fee at each theme park, as well as the $19 a night overnight parking fee at the resort. Is there parking for the event?
Answer
Yes! If you are driving your own car to the ceremony at the Grand Floridian, free parking is available at the Grand Floridian and Wedding Pavilion parking lot. Please let the guard know you are attending a wedding.

When should we fly/travel to Flordia?
Answer
What is recommended is a day or two in advance. The Ceremony is early starting at 9:30 and you will want to be at least there the night before.

Is there transportation from the air line to the resorts?
Answer
Yes! If you stay at Disney you can use the Disney's Magical Express®. Start and end your stay with complimentary motorcoach transportation between Orlando International Airport and select Walt Disney World Resort hotels—featuring complimentary luggage delivery to your room. Disney’s Magical Express is a benefit of staying at select Disney Resort hotels. Please note: reservations are required to use this service. Are There Benefits To Staying At A Disney Hotel?
Answer
Yes. There are lots of reasons to stay on Disney property. Disney has transportation services, resort style hotels, early or late access to certain Disney parks, discounted tickets to parks and transportation to and from the parks. We highly recommend booking accommodations through our room block or Disney if possible to make it a much easier experience.
