What date and location of the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on Saturday July 18, 2026, at Montgomery Country Club, Laytonsville, MD. We are honored to celebrate this special day with you in one beautiful location for both the ceremony and reception.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guest are kindly asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow for seating and a smooth beginning. We want you relaxed and ready to fully enjoy the moment with us. - Please be timely

Will the reception and the ceremony be in the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Montgomery Country Club, Laytonsville, MD, for a seamless and enjoyable experience. By INVITATION ONLY!

Are there any specific colors we should avoid?

Answer

Our wedding colors include dusty blue, burnt orange, cream/ivory and sage green. Please avoid wearing solid white or ivory.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our celebration is business casual. Think timeless, simple elegant, and celebratory. This is a joyful, simple and elegant occasion.

Is the ceremony assigned seating?

Answer

Seating will be open, and we invite you to sit where you feel most comfortable. As we join two families together, we encourage you to simply choose a seat, not a side.

Will the ceremony be unplugged?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask that all cell phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony. Absolutely NO live streaming. We want you to be fully present in this sacred moment.

What type of dinner will be served?

Answer

A thoughtfully curated buffet will be provided. Additional details will be shared at the reception.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Absolutely! We look forward to celebrating with you on the dance floor. Come ready to enjoy the evening.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Answer

We have planned a seafood-free menu to accommodate those with severe allergies; we will not be able to accommodate any other dietary restrictions. We hope the buffet will provide alternatives that would meet each person palate.

Do you have a gift registry?

In lieu of traditional gifts, we would appreciate monetary contributions or gift cards, as we start this new chapter.

Where should we place cards?

There will be a designated secured Gift Card box available at the reception.

Can we take photo's during the wedding Ceremony?

Answer

No! The ceremony is an Unplugged event. We will welcome photo's during the RECEPTION ONLY! During the ceremony, we ask that you remain present and allow our photographer to capture those moments.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available on-site, and for those who need assistance - there are designated spots closer to the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No!, At this time guest are asked to arrange their own transportation. Rideshare services are readily available in the area.

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The celebration will conclude at 10:00pm ET. There will be a sendoff of the bride and groom at 9:50pm. Come ready to enjoy every moment with us.

What is the closest Airport?

Answer

The nearest airport is Baltimore/Washington International (BWI). Additional options include Reagan National (DCA), and Dulles International (IAD) for your convenience.

How far is the venue from the Airport?

Answer

45-60minutes from BWI 35-50 minutes from DCA 45-60 minutes from IAD Trave time may vary depending on traffic, so we recommend planning accordingly.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

No, we did not secure room blocks for our guest. However, we did provide recommendations for hotels in various areas for you to choose from. We highly recommend that you select your hotel of choice early - June, July and August are high seasons for travel & events.

Which hotels do you recommend?

Answer

We recommend that you stay in the Frederick or Gaithersburg areas for convenience and comfort. These locations offer a range of options to fit your preferences.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

If you plan to explore the surrounding areas, a rental car may be helpful. Otherwise, rideshares services are a convenient option.

What is there to do in the area?

Answer

The surrounding areas offer a variety of dining, shopping, and sightseeing options. Whether you choose to explore Frederick or Gaithersburg's convenience, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We also provided a list of events occurring during that week, if any are interested in exploring further.

What days should I plan to arrive and depart?

Answer

For those who are in the wedding party, we advise for you to arrive on Thursday, July 16, 2026. All out of town guest we recommend arriving Friday, July 17, 2026, to allow time to settle in an be fully present for the wedding on Saturday. Departure on Sunday/Monday is ideal for a relaxed experience.

Do you have any travel tips for guest?

Answer

We encourage you to plan ahead, travel safely, and give yourself time to enjoy the weekend. Your presence means so much to use, and we want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

This day is a celebration and a reflection of our faith, family, love and commitment before God, and we are grateful for you to be able to share in this meaningful moment with us.

Am I able to share the Invitation?

Answer

"This event is strictly invite-only. Due to venue capacity limits, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. Please do not share your invitation, as only those who have RSVP'd and received an official invitation will be admitted. We appreciate your understanding."
