When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 30th, so we can have an accurate headcount :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will also be listed on your invitation and will appear when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your kiddos, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate children of family members.

Where should I stay?

For those coming out of town- hi :) We recommend staying at a hotel or Airbnb in Wichita! The venue is in Viola which is about 30 minutes away from Wichita.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors in a garden/forest, but our reception will be in a barn :)

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking and your seat! There will be plenty of parking on site.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Preferably semi-formal attire with spring/pastel colors, but wear whatever makes you feel the prettiest :) For men, suits or dress shirts and ties optional. Aim for a refined look that's comfortable and celebrating!

Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?

Answer

White obvi, but the bridesmaids will be wearing light pink, groomsmen will be wearing tan. But honestly we don't care!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer and they'll be there to capture the beautiful moments for us! Like pls, we don't wanna see phones in the aisle lol Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony is finished and share them on the POV app!

Will I get a chance to take professional photos with the couple?

Yes! We will be having a receiving line after the ceremony!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

More like a capped bar! We are providing all the alcohol, so once we run out, that's it! But we will try our very best to make sure there's enough to go around for those who want to have a fun time :)

Will you have a Chinese Tea Ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! This is mainly for family members; however, if you also wanted to celebrate with us, the tea ceremony will be on Saturday the 24th. Please let either one of us know if you would like to join and we can give you the deets! :D

My name is spelled wrong, what do?

Answer

Please text Demi or Thomas if your name is spelled wrong on the RSVP! We want to make sure your name is spelled correctly on the seating chart! (one of Demi's pet peeves is a misspelled name and put out on display lol)

I'm allergic to dogs, what do?

Answer

Kona & Ollie will be there so please let one of us know if you have a dog allergy and we will try our best to keep the boys away!
