Peña Blanca Restaurant
We went here on the day we chose our venue and the food was amazing! Not to mention, the drinks are very crafty and delicious. The fish here is so fresh- if you like red snapper it is a must have here. Right across from the blue ocean.
Mona Restaurant
Awesome place for breakfast or brunch! The coffee is amazing and they make cute little designs on it :)
Crash Boat Beach
This is the local beach with crystal clear waters. We always come here. If you walk down the beach you can see tropical fish under the water with no snorkeling gear required. There are some locals who sell empanadas and "pinchos" (puerto rican shishkabobs) on the beach. Have a cold fresh coconut or take pictures with the parrots. You can also rent a jetski or take part in other watersports.
Rincón
Rincon is about 30 minutes from Aguadilla. It is worth a visit. This is a surf town with great beach front restaurants such as Tamboo. Also a great place to watch the sunset is the Beach House in Rincon!
Aguadilla Foodtruck Park
You will find a remarkable variety there. The sushi at Tako-G is outstanding and Mi Panapen has a different gourmet menu every day and always has vegan or vegetarian options available. Try the Thai food at Tuk Tuk or the barbecue at Ribs Smoke Shack, then round out the meal with coffee and ice cream at Demitasse. This park is great if you want something a little different than your usual food truck fare
San Juan
If you feel like venturing out, 2 hours away is the beautiful capital of San Juan. There you can visit El Morro, Old San Juan, Isla Verde and more.
Heladería Lares
This is an adventure worth taking! This little ice cream shop in my grandmother's home town of Lares has ice cream in every flavor! Rice and Beans, Avocado, Coconut, even Fish ! ( I know, kind of weird but still fun to taste test all of these crazy flavors)
