Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes. Guests are encouraged to get dressed up with us! Dress code is formal attire, black tie optional. Ladies can wear ankle or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear a formal suit or tux. FYI: Bridesmaids will be wearing shades of blue.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. Please check your invitation for clarification. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place indoors at St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church in Palatine, IL. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors at Medinah Country Club. Weather permitting, there is a covered patio available for use attached to the ballroom.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than May 17th, 2025 using the RSVP tab on our website. If you do not RSVP on time, we will assume that you cannot attend.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
We will begin promptly at 3pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before this time to ensure you have plenty of time to find a seat and settle in.

Where can I park?
Answer
The church parking lot is free for all to park. Medinah offers valet parking, otherwise guests can park in the lot for free.

Can I watch the ceremony from home?
Answer

Will there be a shuttle service to the reception?
Answer
Unfortunately, we do not have a shuttle service. Guests can use Uber, Lyft or other ride share services.
