Are events indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Please feel free to bring a sweater- the air conditioning can make things chilly!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Parking will be provided on-site at both St. Demetrios and Charter Oak Country Club.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. Cocktail Hour at Charter Oak will begin at 6pm and last until 7pm.

Are our kids invited?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Family," then bring the kids. If not, enjoy a night off!

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire. This includes cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, and sports jackets and slacks. Denim of any kind is not permitted at Charter Oak Country Club.

Can I take pictures on my phone?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony! We will be sure to post and send plenty of pictures after the wedding. Please take this time to celebrate in the moment with us.

What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please completely fill out your RSVP card and return it through mail by the stated date. Be sure to include your meal choices!

If I can't attend the wedding in person will there be a virtual celebration?
