What date should I RSVP?

Answer

In a perfect world, as soon as possible, because we want to make sure all of the accommodations fits the needs for every guest we have included to take part in this very magical and significant moment. Please RSVP by Saturday, May 17th, 2025!!!

When and where will the wedding take place?

Answer

The wedding is scheduled for Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 at 5pm. It will take place at the beautiful and national historic Pedro St. James. Both ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, but in different areas on the premises.

What is the dress code and the weather?

Answer

Gotta love hurricane season, huh? Just kidding. But, we are serious of the event taking place during hurricane season. Weather temperature around this time are between late 80s-90s degrees Fahrenheit. So yes, it will be pretty hot, but it is expected to cool down since the wedding will take place towards the evening! The dress code is formal attire, however, please keep in mind that some of the walkways have a very rocky/pebble like texture, so it may not be too savvy (unless you are a pro in wearing high heels on pretty much ANYTHING) to wear very high heels. If you choose to wear them, definitely have some flats as back up.

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The whole event will take place outdoors, but depending on the temperature of the weather, we have a tent used as backup, to increase comfortability for you and our bridal team!

Will there be a shuttle to take you to the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a roundtrip-shuttle that will take you to the venue. We strongly recommend that everyone can stay at the same resort, that way the shuttle can avoid delays and pick everyone up at the same location. As we near to the event date, time schedule will be shared.

Is it ok to post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Yes, but we do ask minimal photo/video-taking during the ceremony. Take as many as you want for the reception! Also, please keep in mind that we will have photographers/videographers who will help capture the day for us.
