What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear their best spring color palette, and can wear cocktail, midi-formal or floor length dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit. No jeans or casual wear, please. 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘵, 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. Free off-street parking is available on the side of the museum in the gravel parking lot. Street parking around the museum is also available. The Poe Museum has one designated accessible parking space in a gravel lot adjacent to the museum.

When should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive to the venue by 4:45 to get comfortable and find a seat.

Will the wedding and dinner be held outside?

Answer

Yes, the wedding will be held in the museum's courtyard and garden. A tent will be used for poor weather conditions. Please plan accordingly if rain is in the forecast.

Although we love your little ones, this will be an adults only weekend!
