Our story began in January 2021 when fate brought us together on Facebook Dating. What started as a simple first date at Texas de Brazil quickly blossomed into something unforgettable. Our second date at Mizu Japanese Restaurant, one of my favorites, was the beginning of countless shared meals, laughs, and late-night conversations. Not long after, DeMarkis asked me to be his Valentine, and our journey of love officially began. A few months later, he whisked me away to Sarasota, Florida, on a baecation to celebrate my new job. It was there he asked me to be his girlfriend and placed a promise ring on my hand—a symbol of what was yet to come. Since then, we’ve grown closer with every step. From meeting each other’s families to experiencing new adventures together—our first helicopter ride, Christmas in the cabins, and so much more—every memory has strengthened the bond we share. Now, we’re ready to write the next chapter of our love story as husband and wife.
