A must-see in Acapulco, La Quebrada is home to the world-famous cliff divers who perform breathtaking jumps from heights of up to 100 feet into the Pacific Ocean. Shows are held throughout the day and are even more spectacular at sunset when the divers leap into illuminated waters. Tip: If you’d like to watch them dive, be sure to bring cash for the entrance fee or to tip the divers, as cards are not accepted.
There’s no better way to take in Acapulco’s beauty than from the bay. Visit the Camino Real concierge to arrange a private boat tour or rent a jet ski for a more adventurous ride. Tip: Most rentals require cash, so plan ahead.
Spend the day at Las Brisas, Acapulco’s legendary pink resort known for its breathtaking views and natural saltwater pool carved into the cliffside—it feels just like swimming in the ocean. Take a taxi up to the resort and visit the concierge to purchase a day pass for access to the pool and lounge areas. Tip: Bring cash—day passes and poolside drinks are often cash-only.
