What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. Please plan to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to find parking and give yourself enough time to find your seats.

How does the shuttle work?

Answer

The shuttle will pick you up from _____ hotel at _____ time. It will bring you back at the conclusion of the wedding (9:00 pm). Please let us know if you plan to use the shuttle so we can secure your spot.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden Attire Semi-formal or dressy casual. It will be mid June in a backyard so wear what you will be comfortable in. Make sure to wear grass-friendly shoes! *Please do not wear jeans, shorts, or white*

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation and will appear when you RSVP. Due to venue capacity and our desire to celebrate with our closest friends and family, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We will be collecting RSVPs exclusively through our wedding website. If you have any trouble locating your invitation or submitting your RSVP, please don't hesitate to reach out. Please RSVP by March 1, 2027.

Is it okay to take photos with our phones during the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking out your phones during our ceremony. However, take as many photos and videos afterwards and please do not hesitate to share them with us!

Will there be options for dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We will offer gluten-free and dairy-free options. If you have additional dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot control the weather. Although we are praying for no rain, we have a good track record of getting rained on. (Our first date and our engagement). We will have a tent for the reception. Please bring an umbrella or a poncho for the ceremony if rain is expected. Fingers crossed for a sunny day!

What is the deal with the Mexico trip?

Answer

We will be spending the first two days of our honeymoon enjoying some quiet time together. After that, we are opening up the trip to friends and family. (Starting Thur. June 24) There will not be a set itinerary or scheduled group activities during the trip. We encourage everyone to treat this as their own vacation and enjoy the resort however they choose! A WhatsApp group will be created closer to the wedding date to share updates, travel information, and help guests stay connected. *Don't forget your passports*
