Where Should I Stay?

Answer

The bride and groom will be staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Sturbridge, where there is a hotel block set up for guests. This is also the location of the bar for after the reception. A second hotel block is set a few minutes away at the Hampton Inn. Additionally, there are many more hotels in the area if you prefer.

When Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30 pm, but please leave time to walk a short distance to the ceremony location. Guests can arrive as early as 4:00 pm.

Can I park at Hyland Orchard

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking at Hyland, where both the ceremony and reception will be.

Is there a Shuttle?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle that will be making trips from the Comfort Inn to Hyland Orchard. The first trip leaves the hotel at 3:45 pm. The shuttle will be available for trips back to the hotel throughout the evening, until the end of the reception. Cars cannot be left overnight at the venue.
