FAQs

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

July 4th! Catering requires notice for minimum and final counts a few weeks before the wedding.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

"GARDEN FORMAL" (cross between cocktail and semi-formal) Men - lightweight suit or a dress shirt + dress pants. No jeans please! Women - midi length or airy full length dresses. Think fun florals, summer colors, comfort! We appreciate ladies avoiding wearing green as this is the color the bridesmaids are wearing. If you have questions - reach out to Hayley (610-705-2250) but please reach out before the week of the wedding! ((As far as heels, there are animals (horses and donkeys) on property and you would have to walk through grass to see them if you wanted - keep that in mind if you are thinking thin heels))

Question

What food will there be?

Answer

Grilled Filet Mignon- with asparagus with bordelaise sauce and scalloped potatoes Fish - Chilean Sea Bass with chive beurre blanc and orzo Vegetarian option (gemelli pasta) - Olive oil, garlic, sautéed vegetables, + pecorino cheese *Modifications can be made. Please put specifications in your RSVP or reach out to Hayley to edit. Need final menu choices with RSVP but can change if needed up to 3 weeks prior to wedding date

Question

Can I bring a Plus One or any others that are not included on my invitation?

Answer

To keep our ceremony and reception as intimate as possible in order for us to celebrate appropriately, no further guests other than what is listed on your invitation. It will say "and guest" on invitation if a plus one has been granted.

Question

Indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Everything will be indoor with some open-air / outdoor options, weather permitting. FYI - after cocktail hour, guests will be asked to go up a staircase that borders the reception venue in order to go to the main reception area. There is one (small) elevator that can accommodate guests that are unable to use stairs.

Question

Transportation? How do I get from ceremony to reception? Parking?

Answer

Transportation will be offered for wedding party and parents of bride/groom. Some accommodations close to the venue offer free shuttle services that may be used to get to Grace Winery if you choose to not attend the ceremony. There is AMPLE parking at Grace Winery. You can pull up pretty close to the venue to drop off guests if needed! Parking is available at the church in West Chester in a large parking lot in the back of the church. Transportation will be provided from the reception (ends at 10pm) to the afterparty location!
