Both the ceremony & reception will take place in Mesa AZ. There will be plenty of parking.
The ceremony will PROMPTLY start at 4:00 PM MST. We ask you kindly to arrive between 3:30pm-3:45pm. Anyone after 3:50pm will have to wait until the Ceremony is over to enter. Cocktail hour will start right after ceremony.
There are other hotels listed if this Hotel doesn’t meet your standards, all are in close proximity to the wedding venue. We’ve reserved a special room block for our guests at: DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix/Mesa Hotel Room Rate: $109.00 per night Dates Available: August 26th – 28th, 2026 Room Block Name: Bright Wedding Room Block Please be sure to book your room by July 27th, 2026 to receive the discounted rate. We recommend booking early, as rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 💍✨
While we do love the little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to limited numbers. If we’re unable to invite your children we hope you would see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.
We can only accommodate our closet family and friends. All invited guest will be listed on your invitation & on the wedding website when you RSVP.. ( read RSVP section when available ) If your Invitation is addressed to you & "Plus one/Guest" you are welcome to bring someone. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to attend unaccompanied, due to the limited invites for our special guest. We thank you for understanding!

We’re so excited to celebrate with you, our dress code is semi-formal with light, elegant summer vibe. To help everyone look their best and keep photos beautiful and cohesive. We kindly suggest choosing outfits in the following tones: Champagne, Slate Gray, Soft Sage Green, Blush, or Navy Blue. If you need a color pattern look on the styles section and it will be a photo showing the colors. Thank you*PLEASE avoid wearing White, Dusty blue, Cream, Ivory, Tan & Silver and let the Bride and Groom have their day.
Once you have received your formal invitation, you will have the option to RSVP. If you don't RSVP by date on the RSVP, it will be marked as a"no" . We will miss celebrating with you however we have to provide an exact Head count for Food and seating and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this.

We have a wedding registry! Any gift bought from the registry will be sent to our home or you have the option to bring it with you. We also created a Honeymoon Fund & we know it may be hard to travel with gifts so you can feel free to contribute any amount we will appreciate it.
