FAQs

Question

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by November 27, 2026, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you)

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend out wedding, please indicate “Will NOT Attend” on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attedning”, but find that you will not make it, please notify Laura as soon as you are aware.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to “(Your Name) & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event with the exception of some immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is black-tie optional / formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length dress and gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans or sneaker please!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and video as you’d like!

Question

Where Should We Park?

Answer

There will be valet available and also a designated parking lot behind the venue with plenty of spots on the property.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive To The Ceremony

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 11:30am, we recommend you aim to arrive by 11:00am to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. You will not be allowed to enter the ceremony once we have started. Cocktail hour, dinner and dancing will follow.

Question

Are There Room Blocks Available?

Answer

We have limited hotel rooms blocked off at the Park Chateau Estate and Gardens in case our guest would like to stay the night before or the night of our wedding day. If you are interested in staying either nights and you don’t see any rooms available under our discount code, please let us know so we can help get you accommodated. We have also listed other hotels near by if they better accommodate you.
