FAQs

Question

Is altitude sickness something to worry about?

Answer

YES! Our venue sits at 9,600 feet—that’s high enough for altitude sickness to be a real concern. But don’t worry, there are ways to prepare and feel great for the big day! If you can, arrive in Colorado a few days early to give your body time to adjust. In the days leading up to the wedding: - Stay super hydrated with water or electrolytes - Avoid alcohol (save the toasts for the big day!) If you do start to feel symptoms like a headache or nausea, Breckenridge has oxygen bars and IV hydration spots to help you feel better fast. We want everyone to enjoy every moment—so take care of yourselves and each other!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are children included in the invitation?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that only the children specifically named on your invitation attend the wedding. However, children are more than welcome to join us for the Welcome Party on Thursday afternoon!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Formal Attire. We kindly ask guests to wear suits, dresses, or elegant eveningwear appropriate for a mountain setting. Please avoid denim and white attire—let's save white for the bride! Keep in mind that the venue is at high altitude and partially outdoors, so we recommend comfortable shoes for uneven terrain and bringing a layer for cooler evening temperatures.

Question

Can I take pictures during the wedding?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, and we kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present in the moment. Don’t worry—our photographer will capture it all! Feel free to take photos during cocktail hour and the reception! We’ll also provide a QR code so you can easily upload and share your pictures from the night.

Question

What will the weather be like in Breckenridge?

Answer

June in Breckenridge is typically sunny and mild, with daytime temperatures ranging from the mid-60s to mid-70s°F. Nights can be chilly, often dipping into the 30s or 40s°F, so we recommend bringing layers. Afternoon showers are possible, but they tend to be brief.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue; however, overnight parking is not permitted. We highly recommend taking advantage of the complimentary shuttles we’ll be providing on our wedding day! The shuttles will pick you up before the ceremony, take you to and from the after-party if you chose to go, and get you home safely at the end of the night.
