Travel Note
Please note, that for all travel to add more time than usual or what your GPS says. Traffic in the summertime on the weekend is very intense. Please double your typical commute time or you may miss the ceremony or reception. If it usually takes you an hour to get to prospect from where you are, please leave an hour earlier than you would usually leave. If you are not from the area, and you are looking up the distance and time it would take it - please double the time. If you are getting a hotel that is not the blocked hotel we have, and it says it is only 20 minutes away, give yourself 40 minutes to get there instead.

Please note that this hotel is across the street from Homewood Suites in Southington. 4pm is check in- so make sure to get there early and drop your stuff there. We recommend being ready before going to drop your things off at this hotel. The shuttle we have should make a stop here. If you are unable to make it to the shuttle, or there is not enough seating we suggest having a backup, such as driving there after dropping stuff of at the hotel, getting a taxi, uber or lyft if needed as well.
