Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Wychmere Beach Club in Harwich Port, MA. The ceremony will take place right on the beach, located on the Wychmere property.

How do I get there? / Are there directions to the venue?
Answer
The address is 23 Snow Inn Road, Harwich Port, MA 02646. When you arrive at Snow Inn Road, follow it all the way to the end, where you'll enter through Wychmere's main white gates. Continue straight through the gates and take a left onto the brick driveway. The Harbor Room (our venue), will be on your right, located right by the water and docks. You will be directed at the entrance on where to park and will be guided to the beach ceremony area.

What’s the dress code?
Answer
Formal attire, beach edition. Think elevated and elegant—suits, ties, gowns, or cocktail dresses. Just keep in mind the setting: stiletto heels might not play nice with sand, so we recommend wedges or dressy sandals.

Will the ceremony be held on the sand?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will be directly on the beach. Feel free to bring sunglasses or a light shawl—it might get breezy near the water.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive by 3:00 PM. The ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 PM. Be sure to allow a few extra minutes for parking and walking to the beach area.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
If your invitation includes a guest, we’d be happy for them to join! If not, we’re keeping it an intimate celebration and can’t wait to share this special day with you.

This will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows parents to unwind, enjoy, and dance the night away!

What happens if it rains?
Answer
We’re crossing our fingers for clear skies, but we do have an indoor backup plan at the same location in case of rain or bad weather.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be a full open bar during cocktail hour only. Afterward, it will transition to a cash bar, so remember to bring your wallet if you’d like to enjoy more drinks throughout the night.

Is transportation provided from the hotel with room blocks?
Answer
There will be no shuttle service from the room block hotel—guests will be responsible for their own transportation. There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts readily available in the area, and there is parking on-site at the venue if you prefer to drive!

What are the food options? Will there be accommodations for dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes!
