When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by March 21st.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony at 3:30PM to park, mingle and get seated as we will start at 4PM.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love you and your kiddos and babies, this will be an adults only event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available in front of the venue and there will be a golf cart available to escort you to the ceremony site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend booking a Lyft or Uber in advance if transportation is needed as there may not be good reception at the venue. You may also leave your car at the venue if needed overnight.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Some recommendations for nearby hotels are La Quinta Inn and Suites, Staybridge Suites and Thunder Valley Casino Resort.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to celebrate with us! Ladies can opt for a nice dress with gentlemen wearing suit/blazer with dress pants. Ceremony is outdoors on grass, so block heels might be more comfortable.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be hosting a cocktail hour, followed by hosted beer and wine available for the remainder of the reception.
