We're getting married

I was 17 yo and It was my first day at work, coming from a small town to live in the "big" city, I attempt to be really shy at all times. The company was McDonalds and I was hired to be a crew member, which meant the ones that do anything. As the GM was walking me by every station and introducing me to everyone, this beautiful girl flies by full of joy, greeting everyone, and all of the sudden, she stop by us to introduce herself. She said "Hi, I'm Delfina, welcome to the team. Javier you have beautiful eyes". The world literally stopped, and I assume my face turned as red as the tomatoes I cut later that day. I don't even remember saying anything back ( I know, embarrassing). I think now, after 20 years, that this moment was our click, at least was mine! I cannot believe all the adventures and fun we have had, and I look forward with excitement where to next, because the best is yet to come! Javi
