Can I bring a +1?

If you received an invitation indicating a +1, it means you are welcome to bring a guest. We have made arrangements to accommodate our guests and their companions within our venue's capacity. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. We kindly request that guests dress in attire that reflects the significance of the occasion while maintaining a sense of comfort and style. For gentlemen, this typically means wearing a suit or dress pants with a dress shirt and tie. Ladies can opt for a cocktail dress, a dressy pantsuit, or a formal skirt or dress paired with elegant accessories. We appreciate your adherence to the semi-formal dress code, as it will contribute to the overall ambiance of the celebration.

We are truly grateful for your generosity and would be delighted if you could contribute towards our future home fund. Additionally, we will have a card box available at the wedding if you prefer to bring a physical card.

Is there parking at the venue?

Please note that the venue does not have private parking. We strongly suggest considering alternative options such as taking an Uber or carpooling. While public street parking is available in downtown Hillcrest, it is limited. How do I get to the venue?

FruitCraft is just 5 miles from the airport - a quick fifteen minute drive! First, you will get onto I-5 South; then, take exit 16 to CA-163 North. From there, you will take exit 2B to Washington St East. Next, you will turn right onto Richmond St, then left onto University Ave. FruitCraft will be on the right!

What will the weather be like?

In San Diego, CA, the average temperature in May is typically a high of 70°F and a low of 60°. For your reception party, while it will be held indoors, there will also be an outside section available for guests to hang out in. Considering the temperature range, it would be advisable to bring a light jacket for added comfort.

Will there be a ceremony?

Answer

Please note that there will not be a formal ceremony. Instead, we have opted for a private ceremony. We appreciate your understanding regarding our decision. We are excited to join all of our guests at the reception party for a wonderful celebration and unforgettable time together!
