Walter and Sharon will exchange vows during a private ceremony with immediate family. We look forward to celebrating with you at our Wedding Brunch Reception afterward. While we'll be celebrating throughout the afternoon, please know there is no expectation to stay for the entire event. Whether you join us for a quick toast, a meal, or the afternoon, your presence means the world to us. Most importantly, we wanted each of our guests to know they were intentionally invited to celebrate one of the most meaningful days of our lives.
Brunch reception festivities begin at 11:00 A.M. We recommend arriving between 10:45 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. Sharon and Walter will make their grand entrance as husband and wife at 11:00 AM
Think polished, comfortable, and celebration-ready. Light fabrics, sundresses, linen, resort-inspired or beach semi-formal attitre are encouraged.
Yes! We'll be serving a family style brunch-inspired menu along with non-alcoholic beverages as we celebrate together. It is closed bar however guests are welcome to open their own tabs.
The reception will take place in Hotel Lucine's Pergola space outdoors, which offers a relaxed shaded setting beneath Galveston’s luminous open-air coastal atmosphere.
Why a brunch reception? We chose a private ceremony followed by a relaxed brunch celebration because sharing good food, meaningful conversation, and quality time with the people we love felt like the perfect way to begin our next chapter.
