Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will officially start at 1:45 pm. We suggest arriving early so you can comfortably park, seat, and settle in. Our venue will open to guests at 5:30 pm. A cocktail party will take place from 6:00-6:30 pm prior dinner and dancing!

What time will the reception end?

Our reception will end at 11 pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal.

Will food be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have a cocktail party from 6:00-6:30 pm with appetizers and drinks. Dinner will be served in plated style.

What's the bar situation?

Answer

We'll provide a fully open bar with spirits, beer, a selection of red and white wines, as well as multiple non alcoholic options and coffee.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will be indoors.

How will seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating except the first 2 rows reserved for family and bridal party. For the reception, we will be arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes you can! Although please be mindful and respectful as the ceremony will take place in a church. Also, we have hired a professional photographer and videographer, we kindly ask that you do not block their view or interfere with their work. Still we'd appreciate if you share your photos and videos with us through a QR code we will provide.

Is there parking available at the church and venue?

Answer

Yes! There is complimentary guest parking at both. However, we recommend using rideshare apps (Uber, Lyft) for transportation if you plan on drinking. We want all of our guests to make it safe back home!

What is the weather like?

Answer

May is a good month for the Dallas area. The average high 84°F, average low 65°F and mean 75°F. Although, it can be rainy. Our events will be indoors but if you want to explore around, we recommend bringing an umbrella in your suitcase just in case!

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP before March 26th, 2024. You can visit the RSVP section on our wedding website to do so.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception adults-only. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize, and dance! Thank you for understanding!

Are there any nearby hotels?

Answer

Yes! There are plenty! But for your convenience we have arranged courtesy room blocks at the 2 closest ones. As is now, a certain number of rooms have been separated for our event, however, we suggest booking your hotel room in advance.
