Why De LaRosa Day?

Answer

LeRoy's growing connection to his family's immigration from Puerto Rico to the Hawaiian pineapple plantations, then finally to mainland America in the early years of the 20th century brought us to the idea of abandoning both of our surnames in favor of LeRoy's Mother's maiden name - De LaRosa Also... Jen once had professional DJ aspirations, and her chosen stage name was Jenny Rose. She never became a DJ, but now she's a bit closer to the name :-)
