What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 3:30PM to make sure everyone is settled in their seats before the beginning of the ceremony; as it will begin at 4:00PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Wear whatever color you like, but please no white or cream.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card. Thank you for understanding!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by September 1st so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website under "RSVP" tab or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as "not attending."

Where are the reception and ceremony taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Serene Ranch in Placerville. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors.

Can I take pictures or the videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request to have an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say, "I do". We have hired a professional photographer and have designated individuals that we would like to video the moment for us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Unless your children are listed on your invite and when you RSVP to the event, please use this night as a fun date night!
