What Is the RSVP Deadline?

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our celebration is formal attire. Please note that our venue is entirely outdoors, and the ceremony will take place on the lawn. We recommend choosing comfortable shoes for walking on grass and bringing a jacket or wrap to stay warm.

How can I access the Venue?

Answer

The venue is located at 1735 Pancho Rd, Camarillo, CA 93012. As you approach, look for signs along Pancho Road guiding you toward the entrance. The venue is tucked down a dirt road, just follow it until it gently curves to the left and ends at the property. Additional signs along the way will confirm you’ve arrived.

Is there a registry or preferred gift option?

There is a registry tab within the website, that directs you to the couple's amazon wish list. https://www.amazon.com/wedding/guest-view/UKJZ0NT8Z5DD Monetary gifts are also appreciated.

Is there a gift table at the venue to leave your gifts for the special couple?

Answer

Yes, there will be a designated gift table at the venue to leave your gifts and cards for the Brides.

Can I take photos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guests are kindly asked to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as our photographers will be capturing every special moment. During the reception, however, feel free to snap as many photos and videos as you like—and don’t forget to share them with the brides afterward!

Will there be seating arrangements for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, seating arrangements are open allowing guests to mingle freely. However, there will be reserved seats for immediate family in the front rows of seating. As for the reception, there will be a designated seating chart for guests during the reception and dinner.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let Delanie or Cynthia know so they can coordinate with the venue to provide a suitable meal. Be sure to share this information when you RSVP, so everything can be prepared just for you.

Are there any restrictions on bringing outside food and beverages to the venue?

Answer

Please note that outside food and drinks are not permitted within the venue. There will be a hosted bar serving both alcohol and non alcoholic throughout the evening

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

While we adore all the children in our family, this will be an adults only evening.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?

Please note, that due to limited seating the attendance is restricted to those specifically listed on the invitation.

What are the parking arrangements at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue, however carpooling is encouraged as there is limited space.

Are there Ubers or ride sharing services in the area?

Answer

After the wedding, Ubers and other ride-sharing services may be limited in the area, so we recommend planning your transportation in advance to ensure a smooth journey home.

Are there hotels and Air BNB's in the area?

Answer

There are several hotels located about 10 minutes from the venue. You can find all the details under the "Travel" tab on our website. Please note that Airbnb's in the area are very limited, so we recommend booking a hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay.
