WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Answer
We recommend flying into the Philadelphia Airport, and taking a car into New Hope. It's easiest to pick up a rental car or Uber, depending on your preferences. A secondary option is the Newark Airport, which is roughly an hour and 15 minute car ride to New Hope.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Answer
The dress code for the Welcome Party is cocktail attire. It will be a fun, relaxed evening of hors d'oeuvres, drinks and music! The dress code for our wedding is Chic Fall Formal. Please dress for an upscale evening of celebration and dancing!

ARE KIDS INVITED?
Answer
While we love your kiddos, the wedding day will be an adults only event. However, we'd love to see them at the Welcome Party on Friday!

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?
Answer
Yes! We will have shuttles running between the recommended hotels and the wedding venue. More details about pickup times and locations will be shared closer to the big day.

IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?
Answer
DUH! Not an official "after party," but post-ceremony, the shuttles will be dropping off party-goers at Havana- a local bar downtown- so we can keep the party going. Havana is also about a 10 minute walk from the River House if you desire some fresh air!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Answer
Well, sort of. There isn’t parking onsite, but for those who wish to drive, there is a shuttle that will bring you back to River House from the offsite guest parking lot.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
Answer
Early September in New Hope tends to be warm during the day and cooler in the evenings. Weather-permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors. We recommend bringing a light layer in case it gets breezy at night.

We kindly ask that you refer to your invitation, which will indicate whether a guest is included.

We recommend arriving by Friday afternoon if you’d like to join us for the Welcome Party! It’s the perfect chance to relax, mingle, and kick off the celebration.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to get settled, enjoy a glass of champagne, and find your seat before the festivities begin.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We kindly ask for an “unplugged” ceremony—please put your phones and cameras away so everyone can be present with us. Don’t worry, we’ll share the professional photos afterward!

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
Answer

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO GET AROUND TOWN?
Answer
New Hope is walkable, and ride-shares or taxis are easy to arrange. We’ll also have shuttle service to and from the venue on the wedding day.
