How do I RSVP? We invite you to RSVP on this website since we won't be sending out physical cards to RSVP. Click on the RSVP link above. Enter your name. Once you hit continue, it will list the guests in your party, and give you the chance to let us know who in your party is attending. What date should I RSVP by? Please RSVP by June 20th, 2025.

What is the address of your venue? Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at one venue. Our venue is called the Blue Dress Barn in Benton Harbor. The address is '3893 Territorial Rd, Benton Harbor, MI 49022'. Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel? There will not be any shuttle service to or from the hotel, but cars are allowed in the parking lot until 10 am the next day - Saturday, July 26th. Is there parking available near/at your venue location? Yes, there is enough parking for all our guests at the venue. Cars can stay on the property until 10 am the next day - Saturday, July 26th.

What is the wedding day Itinerary? The ceremony starts at 4 pm on Friday. The cocktail hour immediately follows the ceremony at 4:30 pm. Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm. The music will begin at 7 pm. We vacate at 11 pm. What time should I arrive on Friday? We ask everyone to find their seats 20 minutes before the ceremony starts at 4 pm, although everyone is welcome to come earlier if they wish and explore the beautiful grounds. It is around a ten-minute drive from the hotels to the venue. What time does the reception end? The venue asks that we start leaving at 11 pm so everything can be packed up by midnight.

What is the dress code for your wedding? The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. This means it is less formal than black-tie, but more formal than casual. It's a blend of elegance and comfort, and the goal is to look polished and put-together while still being suitable for an outdoor setting. What is the dress theme for your wedding? Our theme is garden party! This means experiment with the colors and patterns you wear, wear breezy fabrics that will be comfortable to sit in for an extended period outdoors. Mid-length or long dresses are suggested. What is the weather like in Benton Harbor in late July? The weather in Michigan in July is pretty hot, and there is no air conditioning in the building. What are your wedding colors? Our wedding party is going to be in greens. Colors common throughout the decoration are orange, green, pink, and blue. Feel free to wear whatever colors you feel the best in!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels? While we do plan to reserve a hotel block, we have not done this yet. There are many hotels in town, just ten minutes from the venue.

What type of food will be served at your wedding? We will have buffet style serving of a comfort food menu at 5:30pm on Friday. Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies? Please note any dietary restrictions or allergies in your RSVP so we can be sure accommodate for you. The dinner will be served buffet style, so you will be able to choose what you want to eat day-of. Will there be an open bar? Yes, there will be an open bar of beer, seltzers, and select cocktails all night. We ask that you drink responsibly if you chose to drink.

Registry and Gifts

Where should I bring/send my gift? Your presence at the wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can send gifts to our address: 461 Rampart Way, East Lansing, MI 48823. There will be a card box at the venue the day of the wedding as well. Where can I find the registry? Our registry can be found on this website under the 'Registry' tab. We have a registry with both Zola and Amazon, and both have our address attached.

Can I take pictures at your wedding? You are more than welcome to take your own pictures and videos at our wedding. We only ask that you be mindful of us, the other guests, and of our amazing photographers that will be there to document the event. Please stay in your seats throughout the duration of the ceremony. Am I allowed to bring a plus-one/my children? We ask that you only bring those included in your RSVP. Will your wedding be outside or inside? The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, weather willing, and the reception will mostly take place inside. The venue has beautiful grounds with amenities such as a fire pit, yard games, etc., so you are more than welcome to explore. Where will wedding updates be posted? All wedding updates will be posted on this website, so we implore you to check back here for any new information or if you have any questions.
