What should I wear?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! However, May can have unpredictable weather, so prepare for mild temperatures and bring warm clothing for the bonfire.

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30pm, we are requesting that you allow yourself at least 30 minutes to mingle, use the facilities and find a comfortable place to sit, so please anticipate arriving around 3:00pm.

When are the RSVPs due?

Please RSVP using the section marked “RSVP” on this website by April 20, 2019.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

This is an adult event. However, the ring bearer will be present for the duration of the night and a few special considerations have been made in advance for guests who have already been accounted for.

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes. Cocktail hour will begin immediately following the ceremony from 4pm-5pm, with drinks and hors d’oeuvres, followed by the reception.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

We will have an on-site DJ to accommodate all your dancing and music needs. Take notice of the two photographers who will also be present to capture your epic moves.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Most invitations are for at least yourself and one other person. Please bring only the number of guests on the invitation, as the venue, catering and seating have been arranged to accommodate a specific number of guests.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, alcohol will be served to 21+. There will be no shots or competitive alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly and consider transportation! This event is intended for making good memories.

What about personal photography?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present for our ceremony, so please turn off your cameras and cell phones, as they are disruptive and obstructive to guests sitting near you. We have hired a professional photographer to document the wedding from behind a lens. After the ceremony, you may click away!

Is there parking?

Answer

Parking is available a short walk from the barn. Guests who are unable to walk this distance are welcome to be dropped off at the barn and have their car parked in the designated area by another family member. A golf cart has been rented and may also be used for transportation from the parking area to the barn.

How late can we stay?

Answer

The DJ will continue to have music inside the barn until 11pm, open bar will be available until 9:30pm and a bonfire and outdoor games will held until midnight.
