Friedman Memorial Airport (SUN)

The most convenient way to access Sun Valley/ Ketchum by air is through this airport. Friedman Memorial Airport is located in Hailey, ID which is a short 20-minute drive south of Sun Valley.

Boise Airport (BOI)

The Boise Airport is the biggest airport in the state and is a 2.5 hour drive to Sun Valley/ Ketchum. This airport is typically the most affordable flight routing when not flying directly into Sun Valley. Twin Falls and Idaho Falls are also great options for indirect flights near the venue.

Central Idaho 4-H Camp. 200 4-H Camp Rd, Ketchum, ID 83340

The 4-H Camp is ~20-mintue drive from Sun Valley/ Ketchum city center. You will lose service on the highway leading to the venue, so plan accordingly. From Sun Valley you will head West onto State Hwy 75 N/N Main St. You will follow this for about 15-20 miles. There will be a big sign for the 4-H Camp on the right side of the highway that will signal you to turn left onto 4-H Camp Rd. This will be a dirt road that you will follow for about 0.5-1 mile and will end up at the 4-H Camp! There will be plenty of signage directing you along the way.

Central Idaho 4-H Camp

There are limited cabins available at the venue, so please let us know if you'd like to stay in one. These are rustic cabins with wooden cots and electricity. They sleep 8-10 people. Water is not available in the cabins. However, there is a shower and restroom facility on site. If planning to stay in a cabin, please bring your own camping gear. Camping can only be done in the cabins. The 4-H Camp and US Forest Service ask no tent camping, in order to preserve the surrounding land. Camp fires are allowed in a single designated area. Subject to change with fire season.

Wood River Campground

Wood River Campground is composed of 30 campsites including 1 double-site and a picnic area which are all first-come, first-serve. Wood River Group Overnight Area is located inside the Wood River Campground, can accommodate up to 150 people. This campground is located on the banks of the beautiful Big Wood River at an elevation of 6,400 feet. Ketchum, Idaho is conveniently close, only 10 miles south. Visitors enjoy fishing and tubing in the Big Wood river and exploring local trails.

Sun Valley Resort

Multiple lodging options are available at this resort. You can stay at the Sun Valley Lodge or the Sun Valley Inn. These are great options for a centrally located 5 star resorts. Rooms can be a bit on the pricey side, so if you are wanting to treat yo self this is a great option for you.
